"I come from an experimental theater & performance art world, but have always played in bands, and for the last 18 years in New York City, I have developed a more musical act called lumberob. I am releasing my second album on Shimmy-Disc this summer. My show derives from vocal looping strategies but now involves drum and synth and guitar. I have worked as a public school teacher for the last 14 years and love to make broken performance."
